Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Events & Performance Coordinator to lead the curation of talent and development of live performance experiences for our in-house content series. This role is responsible for discovering and booking musical talent to perform, record, and be featured across our digital platforms. In addition, you’ll build and execute unforgettable events that reflect the Bravo Ocean Studios brand—ranging from workshops and conferences to artist residencies, performances, tutorials, and immersive community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, book, and manage music talent to perform and record at Bravo Ocean Studios for social and digital content

  • Collaborate with our in-house audio and video teams to coordinate all performance logistics

  • Conceptualize and execute live events including workshops, panels, showcases, artist residencies, tutorials, socials, and brand activations

  • Build strong relationships with managers, artists, producers, A&Rs, and labels

  • Stay ahead of trends in music, artist development, and live content formats

  • Manage all planning and logistics for events: timelines, communications, scheduling, and budgets

  • Strategize ways to bring creative communities together under the Bravo Ocean brand

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within music events, artist relations, or talent curation

  • Strong network within the music industry and proven ability to book and coordinate talent

  • Deep awareness of emerging artists, trends, and movements within the music scene

  • Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills

  • A passion for connecting people and creating cultural moments through live music and experiences

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with social media-driven content and performance formats

  • Familiarity with Atlanta’s music and creative community

  • Background in event production or music programming
